I want to give my sincere thanks to Steve and Joe for going at length to fix an check engine light for a P0300-0306 intermittent random misfire code that was occurring for months and into at least a year. This is a review for the work that was done back in late March 2017 on the vehicle in finally fixing the issue. Before I found about Lee Myles, months and months I had to deal with nightmares going to the Honda dealership and the technicians never seemed to quite pinpoint the problem of the intermittent, random misfire. My vehicle began to ran very rough to a point where it was very difficult to accelerate from a dead stop, as well as very rough idle and I went at length to run my own diagnosis of why my car was running lean. I found about Lee Myles Hollis through yelp and had a conversation with a customer on yelp to verify his customer experience, being a positive one. Hence I felt convinced to give Lee Myles a chance. As the car was being checked out, I was surprised at the time that Steve discovered issues that: the timing on my timing belt was offset, an intake bellows hose was faulty, and also a tune up was not properly done. A new set of spark plugs were installed, as well as ignition coils in the back of the engine that had to be replaced, and a new intake bellows hose. I really appreciate Joe for test driving my car at length for a 100 miles to see if the vehicle ran properly. I was totally wow'ed of how my car runs so differently and with more power I haven't felt in a long time after enduring a nightmare at the dealership. Although I really had my doubts about service because of my previous experience at dealerships, I sincerely want to thank Steve and Joe for going truly making a customer, a friend. I highly value Steve and Joe for their passion for putting the care of the customer as an utmost priority.
