I went to Lee Myles on Hillside Ave with my 2013 Mercedes Benz ML truck with transmission problems. It's not secret transmissions are expensive, however, these guys are the Best of the Best and you get what you pay for. Steve and his crew treated me with excellent customer service from beginning to end. Starting with an initial road test; showing me where my transmission was broken down and all the wornn and damaged parts. This was all followed by a final walk through once the repairs were completed. Thanks to the fellows at Lee Myles, my truck is running beautifully. Thank you guys, you will forever be my go to Mechanics.

I Googled auto repair and Lee Myles came up. Even though I live in Jackson Heights, I was impressed by all the great reviews. Stopped by and they gave me a free diagnosis. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and courteous. Got my transmission repaired and my car drives like new. Thank you! Will be coming back for more repairs.

I was looking for an honest and reliable place to take my car for much needed repairs. A friend of mine was raving about Lee Myles auto shop in Hollis. So I said why not... and give it a try. The customer service was amazing as you are greeted by Sara and her welcoming hello. Joe and Steve were extremely helpful as they told me exactly what the repairs in my car were going to be and the cost down to the very cent. When Igor my bill it was broken down in detail and my warranty as well. They said if I ever have any issues to come back because I have warranty on all the work I had done. There are people out there who just want your money with out standing behind their name.its nice finally find a shop I can trust! I 100% will send my friends and family to Lee Myles! The service was excellent. I noticed an unusual odor coming from the car so I took my car in and in a couple of hours I was good to go. It seems my alternator and battery had to be replaced. I was very pleased with the diagnosis and the repair in such a timely manner.
